A team should comprise of
at least two members and a maximum of four members.
No student can be a part of
more than one team.
One team cannot submit
multiple entries.
Four Categories exist viz.
Undergraduate, Postgraduate (including Research
Scholars), Corporate
and Startups. Teams with
members from diverse categories are not allowed however
students from different institutes can form a team.
Teams which have registered
their company/startup before 1st October 2007, are not
eligible to participate in IEC’08.
There is no restriction on
the number of teams from an institute/organization.
Entries must contain the
original work of participants.
The teams should strictly
adhere to the deadlines mentioned.
The decision of the judges
will be final and binding.
The organizers hold the
right to cancel or withdraw any prizes / prize money /
certificates at any
point in time.
The teams, under no
circumstances, are allowed to contact any E-Cell
sponsors, knowledge
partners or mentors; failing which
their entries/prizes stand cancelled.
Additional instructions
to the teams that get selected in phase-1 will
communicated in an ongoing basis as the event proceeds.
For the executive summary Submission:
The document can be of a
maximum of three pages excluding the cover page and
rules page.
The entry must be
compliant with the instructions given in the Executive
Summary & Registration Form.
Entries to be mailed to
ecell@fms.edu.
This entry also serves registration purpose.
Font details: Times New
Roman, Size12, Single Line spacing.
The email for submission should have the following as
the subject line:
IEC08_CategoryCode_IndustrySector_TeamName. (Refer
to the category codes in table 1 given below. Refer to
table 2 for the Industry sector and append it with your
team name.)
The name of the document be :IEC08_CategoryCode_IndustrySector_TeamName.doc
No reference of team
members or their company/college is allowed in the
executive summary
