INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE 2006

We believe innovation
invigorates human change and progression and the
specific instrument for innovation is entrepreneurship –
the act that endows resources with a new competence to
create wealth.
International Entrepreneurship Challenge 2006 sponsored
by YES BANK is an endeavor to help people in nurturing
their dreams of creating new things from scratch. It
aims to provide a platform to help people in showcasing
their ideas and structuring their thoughts in the less
explored field of entrepreneurship.
The event is open to EVERYONE capable of ideating a
business plan across academic levels (undergraduate,
postgraduate, research scholars)
The contest is a three stage process which involves:
- Executive summary
selection
- Mentorship
- Final Presentation
in front of the Board of Directors & Venture
Capitalists and Incubation
To help the teams in
their business plans the teams will be getting guidance
from the mentors who will provide them critical inputs
on how to make the plan into a viable business model.
The final presentations of the business plans will be in
front of the Board of Directors who are industry
luminaries and have several years of experience. The
event has the backing of the venture capitalists and the
top teams will get the chance of presenting in front of
the venture capitalists panel. The final aim of the plan
should be to help top two teams realize their dream of
starting up.
